Intuy Knee User Survey

  1. Purpose: This survey is used to improve the performance, usability, and safety of Intuy Knee. It is also used to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the product. 
  2. Your input will greatly help us to improve our product and to improve the quality of life of many others. Your contribution is highly appreciated!
  3. The survey can be filled in by the User or by the Prosthetist instead of the User. 
  4. This survey must be administered twice, namely,
    • Right after the trial period
    • Two months after home use.
  6. Please provide factual and honest information.
