Customer Support Specialist

Delft, Netherlands

This role would involve providing first-line customer support to our customers, such as troubleshooting, compliant handling, and provide training for customer success.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing first-line customer support, troubleshooting product-related issues, and answering customer inquiries
  2. Administration of helpdesk ticket, complaint registration and follow up, and closing.
  3. Logistics and ERP administration
  4. Gather and analyze feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams to improve the training and certification process, the product, and customer support.
  5. Promoting the products through presentations and demonstrations to customers, partners, and other stakeholders
  6. Collaborating with product management and marketing teams to ensure training materials are accurate and up to date

This role requires a deep understanding of the company's products, and effective communication skills, and the ability to effectively support others. Additionally, having experience in Quality Assurance, sales, marketing, would be a plus.

Must Have

  • BSc. or Higher
  • Passion for technology and able to understand technology
  • Love to help people with limb differences
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
  • Highly communicative, creative and autonomous
  • Rigorous, quality oriented, not tired of paperwork (record keeping)

Nice to have

  • Any QA, marketing or sales skill is a plus
  • Fluency in any other major European languages is a plus (e.g., German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong affinity to software tools
