Supply Chain and Operations Coordinator

Role Summary

The Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator supports day-to-day operational activities across procurement, inventory control, production planning, and order fulfillment. Working under the guidance of the CEO, this role ensures smooth material flow, accurate documentation, and on-time delivery of medical devices in compliance with ISO 13485 and EU MDR requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate purchasing and supplier communication to ensure material availability and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain ERP/MRP data, including purchase orders, stock records, and production schedules.
  • Support inventory control through cycle counts, lot traceability, and stock reconciliation.
  • Assist in production planning and order scheduling based on customer demand and capacity.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate order fulfillment and logistics.
  • Monitor key operational indicators such as delivery performance and stock accuracy.
  • Support process improvements, 5S, and Lean initiatives within the operations team.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Finance teams to ensure compliant and efficient operations.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or production planning
  • Familiar with ERP/MRP systems (Odoo).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Proactive communicator and effective team player.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, production planning or sales administration
  • Experience with ERP/MRP software
  • Attention to details, organization, priority and scheduling
  • Great communicator
  • Perfect speaking and written English

Nice to have

  • Familiar with Medical Device and ISO 13485
  • Familiar with Odoo ERP software
  • Strong analytical skills
