As a Test and Service Engineer, you
- Handle Customer Support Tickets and Logistics
- Test and quality control of certain components
- Test and calibrate the medical devices before shipping,
- Inspect the returned devices and document all finding in a report
- Troubleshoot the problems and perform root cause analysis
- Suggest actions to repair/maintain the products.

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
- Good at communication
- Experience with testing and troubleshooting of electronic/mechatronic devices
- Familiar with C or C++ programming
- Perfect written English
Nice to have
- Master degree
- Experience with ISO 13485 or ISO 9001
