How to Upload Data for Troubleshooting?

When to Send Data? 

  • When the knee does not work as intended.
  • When there is an error or warning code on the app. 

How to Upload Data

Data will be collected only when the app is connected to the knee. If the app was not connected at the moment when the knee was malfunctioning, please connect the app and try to recreate the malfunction. 

If recreating the malfunction is not possible, it is preferable to upload data anyway, since the status of the device will be uploaded, which could contain error codes. 

In order to successfully send data, "Ready to send" should be higher than 0.0 MB.

To upload data, follow the instructions below: 

Support tab

1. Open the Support tab.
2. Check for data; "Ready to send" should show more than 0.0 MB.
2. Check the box to agree to the privacy policy.
3. Tap the 'Support' button

New Ticket?​

After tapping the Support button, you will be asked if you want to create a new ticket.

If a ticket already exists, select No and reply to the existing ticket.

Uploading

Once the option is selected, a pop-up will appear with a progress bar.

Please do not close the app until the data is successfully uploaded. 

Upload complete

After Upload is complete tap the "OK" button.

“Ready to send: 0.0MB” indicates that all data has been uploaded.n
