Always On
To save energy, the Intuy Knee powers off by default upon unplugging the charging cable. The user therefore has to power on the knee at the start of the day. However, some users prefer to keep the device on so that they don't have to manually turn on the device every day. Therefore, we now make this an option, called Always On. Users can toggle it on/off based on their preference.
When Always On is enabled, the knee stays powered on upon unplugging the charging cable.
Note 1. The charger needs to be plugged in for more than 20 seconds for the feature to work. For shorter durations, the knee will power off upon unplugging the charger.
Note 2. This feature is switched off by default, users can switch it on by following instructions in the next section.
Depending on the idle duration after charge, enabling this feature can reduce the effective battery use duration between charges.
How to switch on Always On in Intuy App?
To activate Always On, please follow these steps:
1. Via the Intuy App, navigate to the Setup page.
2. Tap to open the Options accordion.
3. Tap the toggle next to Always On.
4. Always On is now active.
